Frequently Asked Questions
What This Page Covers and Need a Different Answer?.
The common ones
What is the minimum deposit?
The minimum deposit is RM10. This amount applies to all payment methods, including e-wallets and bank transfers. Deposits are credited instantly, so you can start playing right away after the transfer clears.
How safe is TNG11?
Every page is served over TLS, and TNG11 verifies an account once, ahead of the first payout. 256-bit Encryption and SSL Secured are the marks it carries.
Does my account need to be verified, and when?
If you request a withdrawal before verifying your account, the site will pause the payout until you upload your documents. It is faster to verify your identity and address before you request any withdrawal to avoid delays.
Is a round lost if the connection drops?
The round settles on the server whatever the connection does; the result appears in the account history. That holds on mini games and fishing alike.
Which providers supply the games?
The lobby draws on Evoplay and Playtech, among others.
How long do withdrawals take?
Withdrawals are processed within 24 hours of approval. After that, the time depends on your chosen method: e-wallets usually arrive instantly, while bank transfers can take one to three working days to appear in your account.
